Cognitive biases, such as confirmation bias, anchoring, and availability heuristic, can distort our thinking and decision-making processes. By learning to recognize these biases, I’ve been able to approach problems more objectively, make better decisions, and improve my critical thinking skills. This awareness has also helped me foster a more inclusive and open-minded environment in collaborative settings, where diverse perspectives are valued and considered
